CLIENT AGREEMENT & BOOKING TERMS

By contacting me for a booking, making a payment, or proceeding with an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement and to the separate Price & Services Document provided to them. Bookings and payments are accepted only under these conditions.

1. WhatsApp Communication & First Contact

WhatsApp is used strictly for booking-related communication.

New clients are expected to introduce themselves properly in their first message, including a name or preferred alias (for discretion) and where they obtained my number, so I know the message concerns a booking. Messages without a clear introduction may not receive a response.

WhatsApp is intended for discussing availability, logistics, and confirming bookings. It is not a platform for endless flirting, sexting, fantasy chat, or explicit sexual conversation without intent to book. Friendly communication is fine, but chats that do not move toward a booking will not be continued. Conversations should end in either a confirmed booking or a polite decision not to proceed.

Response times may vary due to my full-time main job. Repeated messages demanding immediate replies are discouraged.

Once a booking is agreed upon and the client confirms acceptance of these terms, payment details are shared via WhatsApp. If I am hosting, the hosting address is also shared via WhatsApp, and only after confirmation and payment conditions are met.

2. Legal Age & Compliance

The client confirms they are of legal age and that the booking complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. Illegal activities will not be discussed or tolerated.

3. Acceptance of Pricing Terms

Pricing, session durations, experience-based dates, outcall surcharges, and any optional additions are provided in a separate Price & Services Document.

By proceeding with a booking or making a payment, the client confirms that they have received, read, understood, and agreed to that document in full. Prices are fixed as stated in that document and are non-negotiable.

4. Scheduling & Availability

I have a full-time main job, therefore most bookings require advance planning. Same-day or immediate bookings are rare and subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once the date, time, and payment terms are agreed upon.
